Description
Increases attack rate (ASPD) of all players in the area of effect (7x7 cells) by (10+SkillLV)% for a duration of 120 seconds. Attack speed increase is affected by the caster's AGI and level of Music Lessons. The skill stacks with Speed Potions but not with Adrenaline Rush, One-Hand Quicken, Spear Quicken and/or Two-Hand Quicken and it will not affect players who are using Bows.
