Description

Hidden Water generates a huge area of swirling water to slow and trap those who attempt to pass through it. This skill drops the movement speed and agi of all enemies who move through it. In PvP and WoE settings, this skill affects everyone, allies or enemies, but does not affect any Ninja class characters. While the speed and agi of characters is reduced, Hidden Water does not remove speed increasing skills, such as Increase Agility, Two-Hand Quicken, and Adrenaline Rush. The reduction in AGI and Speed last for a short duration after they leave the affected area.

Hidden Water cannot be cast on cells with Land Protector. If you cast Crimson Fire Formation it will cancel Hidden Water. Water Ball and Aqua Benedicta can be cast on Hidden Water cells, though any cells used for these skills will be removed after casting.

Notes

Hidden Water formerly caused permanent AGI reduction to all types of homunculus. Once AGI was reduced, it could be restored without the help of a Game Master. If a homunculus ran into this more than once, it was possible for their AGI and FLEE to be reduced below 0.
