1. In Rachel UrstiaCopied!, find the Sincere Follower, Urstia. Talk to her and agree to help. She will give you an  Ashy Necklace.

   ---

2. On Ice Dungeon Level 2 MaheoCopied!, find Maheo frozen in ice. He tells you an embarrassing story and asks that you bring his master to free him.

   ---

3. Return to Rachel. Near the top of the lake in the bottom-right area you will find Hamion HamionCopied!. He asks you to bring him the mentioned items.

   •  Hammer [2] can be purchased in Rachel's Weapon Shop Weapon ShopCopied!.
   •  Blank Scroll can be purchased at the Magical Academy in Juno Magical AcademyCopied!

   Once you bring him the items, he will craft a  Wind Hammer for you.

   ---

4. Return to MaheoCopied! and use the Wind Hammer to break the ice.
   He will restore Urstia’s Necklace, turning it into a Sparkling Necklace.
   You will also receive 4  Freezing Snow Powder.

   ---

5. Return to UrstiaCopied! to receive 700,000 Base Experience.

   ---

6. (Optional) Use the 4  Freezing Snow Powder to extinguish the 4 Sacred Fires surrounding the seal at the center of Ice Dungeon Level 3 Sacred SealCopied!.
   Once extinguished, the boss monster Ktullanux will appear.

1. After completing steps 1–5 (fighting Ktullanux is not required), you can sell Glacial Hearts to MohadinCopied! for 375 Zeny each.
