Description
Allows a Crusader to seemingly attack an enemy with their shield, dealing damage based on their ATK derived from stats such as STR, DEX and LUK ONLY and properties associated with the shield.

Information
- Requires user to have a shield equipped.
- Shield Boomerang carries weapon effects, whether from status-inflicting cards, or special weapon effects like from Swordbreaker and Mailbreaker.
- Defense-piercing properties do not work from weapons like Ice Pick and Combat Knife.
- The damage dealt from Shield Boomerang is always Neutral.
- Anything that adds or affects weapon-type ATK does not add damage. Base weapon ATK, weapon upgrades, Mastery Skills, Spirit Spheres, Provoke, Impositio Manus, etc do not add damage.
- The Magnum Break separate fire damage bonus does work
- Anything that adds ATK does not increase damage, such as Porcellio card and Giant Whisper card.
- What does add damage:
- Attack from STR, DEX, and LUK.
- Shield upgrades.
- Shield weight (Stone Buckler, Cross Shield^CU^, Strong Shield^CU^ and Bradium Shield^CU^ is the best choice).
- Damage modifier cards, which all of the above are multiplied by.
- Crusader Spirit (via Soul Linker).
Strategies
- Some players prefer using this skill to inflict statuses over Shield Charge, as it has a high range at level 5. Shield Charge has aspects other than inflicting stun than Shield Boomerang does not have, and vice-versa, however.
