Description
Cancel a magic spell cast by an enemy and receive the SP consumed to cast the enemy's spell. At skill level 5, it will also inflict an amount of damage equal to 2% of the enemy's Max HP, with the caster recovering HP equal to 1% of the enemy's Max HP.

Notes
- Spell Breaker can only be used on other players in towns and PvP environment.
- When used against other players Spell Breaker ignores the Phen Card's effect which usually makes spell casting uninterruptible.
- Spell Breaker can interrupt skills from Boss and Guardian monsters, although the chance of success is reduced to just 10%.
- When successful, Spell Breaker level 5 can damage any target, including Guardians and Boss type monsters.
