You received a mail. The mail hints to an NPC you're supposed to find. This NPC provides a letter to check out further information. Afterwards, get to Chibi Cupid to reach Lord Vectorian. He will tell you why he needs your assistance and guide you step by step about what to do next.

Optional

During your questing, a noisy faux pas occurs caused by Sir Toffee, investigating the noise leads to another endeavour. Follow the clues to unfold the mystery.

Costume Noble's Feather Hat is obtainable with every character but Master Account bound.
Chocolate Heart in Mouth is only obtainable once per Master Account but tradeable.
Chocolate Heart in Mouth will be useable after the event period but also optionally possible to turn into a costume.
Bra is obtainable once per Master Account but tradeable.

Named Valentine's Chocolate and Named Valentine's White Chocolate are tradeable, in case someone wants to gift them.
