2. When you return to Akkie with the ingredients she will again ask you for more items:

3. After giving her the items, Akkie will teach you Dubious Salesmanship.

1. Talk to the dwarf Goodman right outside the old Blacksmith Guild in Geffen .
All he requires you to do is to make your Weight high to the point where you cannot add 500 weight. The simplest way to do this is by buying Flowers from an NPC until the required amount is achieved.
