Overview
Kafras are employees of the Kafra Corporation. Their job is to provide players with certain services. These services include:
- Teleport Service (Price Varies)
- Storage Service (40 Zeny)
- Save Service (Free)
- Cart Rental Service (Price Varies, see below)
- Location Checking Service (Free)
- Point Checking Service (Free)
Not all of these services are available at every Kafra.
Services
Teleport Service
The teleport service allows you to pay a small amount of zeny to instantly travel to another location (usually cities). Some Kafras have teleport services to outside of dungeons. The price for using this service usually depends on this distance between where you are and where you want to go. If you have a Free Ticket for Kafra Transportation, you may use this ticket to negate the cost of one teleport.
Storage Service
Allows you to access your storage (For that server only, no cross-server storage allowed). By paying 40 Zeny, you may transfer (transferable) items to your storage, and take items in your storage out. All of your characters on the same account have access to the same storage. The maximum amount of separate items that your storage can hold is 600. You must have the Novice Basic Skill level 6 to access your storage. If you have a Free Ticket for Kafra Storage, you may use this ticket to negate the cost of accessing your storage once.
Save Service
Saves your respawn point (where you go after you die) at or close to the Kafra employee. This service is free, and you may use it as many times as you want.
Cart Rental Service
This service allows you to carry a cart. It is only available to merchant and super novice classes with the Pushcart skill. Once obtained, your cart can be accessed using Alt+W.

Location Checking Service
Tells you where other Kafra employees on the same map are. This service is free.
Point Checking Service
Tells you how many Kafra Points you have accrued. You may redeem these at the Kafra Headquarters in Aldebaran. Not to be confused with Kafra Shop Points.
Reward Points System
For every 10 Zeny spent on Kafra services (excluding dungeon teleports from voting events), 1 Kafra Point (or Special Reserve Point) is earned on the character. In Aldebaran, Kafra Points can be redeemed for a variety of items. There are 5 Lotteries that you can spend points in.

The Lottery for \< 1000 Points and \< 3000 Points can be found at aldeba_in,79,161. The Lottery for the others can be found at aldeba_in,88,161.

Blank Card Rewards
iRO-specific content
This quest/feature is only available or customized on iRO.
Following the 2009 April Fool's event on iRO, a special Monster Card headgear was released, which added the chance for monsters killed by the wearer to drop Blank Cards. Blank Cards can be redeemed at the Kafra Headquarters for the following rewards:

Dungeon Teleport Elections
In each major city of Rune-Midgarts Kingdom, a special Kafra and Zonda Corp. Employee are found close to each other. Players over level 70 may vote for whom they would like to win. An announcement is occasionally made throughout the entire game informing players the current status of the election. Once a winner is chosen, that NPC will provide warps to certain dungeons. The dungeons that are available depend on when that NPC last won an election and by how large a margin it won the current election.
Voting is open for 24 hours. If neither side receives at least 20 votes, voting remains open for another 24 hours (repeat until someone has at least 20 votes). Teleport service lasts for 144 game hours (6 days). The mechanism counting time for this is an actual in game NPC, so time does not elapse during server maintenance (or when the zone controlling Einbroch has crashed).
